Hey there.
I'm Adam. I live in Toronto where I now work as a freelance Database consultant, web developer, occasional designer and music promoter. All of which is going quite well thank you. I spent much of my life working in the music industry in pretty much any capacity you could name. I do write and perform music, and I assist mostly independent musicians in getting stuff demoed, recorded, mixed and promoted. I do quite a bit of work with a Vancouver-based band called SunLikeStar I think they kick ass. Check 'em out!
I'm also very interested in film and filmmaking, though I don't do anything with it except watch and discuss. I do know a few people who work in the film industry, though. I enjoy photography (I do some) and most other forms of artwork. I've recently also taken an interest in architecture and - oddly enough - woodworking.
I also cook. Apparently well enough for people to say so. I love baking. I make chocolates every year for Xmas. It's fun.
In 2000, I was supposed to move to Seattle after living in Calgary for just under nine months. That didn't quite work out. You can read about it here. (It's long, as was the experience.)
I have a cat. His name is Speck. You should email him! He's incredibly bright.
